Register today for the USPTO China IP Road Show in Green Bay, Wisconsin happening next Monday

 Register today to attend the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) China IP Road Show on Monday, October 30, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT, at the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College’s Corporate Conference Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin.
The full agenda for this informative all-day program is now available on the USPTO website. It will feature remarks by Congressman Mike Gallagher, U.S. Representative for Wisconsin’s 8th Congressional District, along with industry experts and seasoned intellectual property (IP) practitioners. They will discuss how U.S. rights holders—especially small and medium-sized businesses—can protect and enforce their IP in China and the United States. Topics will include:
- What businesses need to know about protecting all types of IP in China
- IP developments in China: Challenges and opportunities in a shifting IP environment
- Enforcing IP rights, in both China and the United States, against infringement originating in China
- U.S. government resources for U.S. companies
- IP and China: The Wisconsin experience, featuring representatives from a wide variety of businesses in the Green Bay area who will share their unique experiences
This in-person, no-cost event is one of a series of China IP Road Shows that the USPTO conducts across the country. It has been organized in cooperation with the USPTO's Office of Policy and International Affairs, the U.S. Commercial Service Wisconsin, the Northeast Wisconsin Technical College, and the Greater Green Bay Chamber of Commerce.
