LEAP to Chambers event for newer practitioners offered in Silicon Valley Regional Office

The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) invites newer practitioners looking for an inside perspective on practicing before PTAB to its LEAP (Legal Experience and Advancement Program) to Chambers event on Wednesday, February 8 from 1-4 p.m. PT. This in-person event will take place at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Silicon Valley Regional Office (SVRO) in San Jose, California.

PTAB judges will provide LEAP to Chambers attendees with a guided tour of the PTAB’s facilities at the SVRO, as well as offer tips for effective written and oral advocacy. 

Space is limited. Please register by Friday, January 27 to participate.

Preference will be given to LEAP-eligible attorneys and agents, and to those who have not participated in prior LEAP events.
