Warner Music Nashville Co-President Cris Lacy wanted to be Dolly Parton when she grew up, listening to her music and reading her stories. The way Miss Dolly broke barriers was an inspiration that drove Cris’ passion to empower more women in the industry and pave the way for other female executives across the business.
