China IP Road Show in Texas—Strategies for protecting intellectual property in China

Organized in cooperation with the U.S. Commercial Service Dallas-Fort Worth, the Dallas Bar Association, and the United States Patent and Trademark Office's (USPTO) Texas Regional Office, this in-person program will focus on the needs of small and medium-sized businesses, examining:

What small and medium-sized businesses need to know about protecting all types of IP in China
IP developments in China: Challenges and opportunities in a shifting IP environment
Enforcing IP rights, in both China and the U.S., against infringement originating in China
U.S. government resources for U.S. companies
IP and China: The Texas experience

This event will take place Thursday, June 15, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. CT in Dallas. Please note that this is an in-person program only; there is no virtual attendance option.
