Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for an ex parte appeal mock oral argument encore on Friday, May 19 from noon to 1 p.m. ET.

Practitioner Todd Baker (Kirkland & Ellis LLP) will present arguments in a mock appeal hearing before a panel of three PTAB judges. Afterwards, the practitioner and panel will discuss the effectiveness of the arguments and approaches demonstrated during the mock argument.
