Updated guidance issued on the interim Director review process on USPTO Director review webpage

The USPTO recently posted new guidance to our website on the interim Director review process. Today, we are updating the guidance (§ 10) to further specify that parties should identify any issues of first impression when requesting Director review.

Additionally, in anticipation of a Request for Comments on the Director review process, the USPTO is accepting preliminary feedback from the public at Director_Review_Suggestions@uspto.gov until July 11, 2022.
