Update to Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) fees

The United States Patent and Trademark Office (UPSTO) fee schedule was updated with the following changes, effective August 1:

PCT fees to foreign offices

• 1715: International search, Israel Patent Office (ILPO) as International Searching Authority (ISA) – fee decrease from $1,174 to $1,065
• 1709: International search, Korean Intellectual Property Office (KIPO) as ISA – fee decrease from $1,011 to $955
• 1714: International search, Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) as ISA – fee increase from $495 to $631 *Please note the June 1, 2022 statement about selecting Rospatent as an ISA
