Reminder: Termination of Rospatent as an ISA and IPEA for international applications

As a reminder, effective December 1, 2022, applicants filing international applications with the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) as a Receiving Office under the Patent Cooperation Treaty (PCT) will not be able to select the Russian Federal Service for Intellectual Property (Rospatent) as an International Searching Authority (ISA) and International Preliminary Examining Authority (IPEA).
