LEAP to Chambers event for newer practitioners offered in Silicon Valley Regional Office

The Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) invites newer practitioners to participate in its LEAP (Legal Experience and Advancement Program) to Chambers event on Wednesday, February 8 from 1-4 p.m. PT. This in-person event will take place at the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) Silicon Valley Regional Office (SVRO) in San Jose, California.

LEAP-eligible practitioners (LEAPers) who attend will take a PTAB-judge guided tour of the PTAB’s facilities at the SVRO, as well as learn oral and written advocacy tips from PTAB judges.

Space is limited. Please register by Friday, January 27 to participate.

Preference will be given to LEAP-eligible attorneys and agents, and to those who have not participated in prior LEAP events.
