FRN published: Trademark e-registration certificate issuance accelerated to May 24

The Federal Register Notice (FRN) announcing the acceleration of the transition to electronic registration certificates is now live.

You can find the full text of the final rule in the Federal Register. The final rule will be effective tomorrow.

As previously announced, our Trademark and IT teams have accelerated our transition to electronic registration certificates. Starting tomorrow, approximately two weeks earlier than previously announced, we will issue electronic registration certificates.

Registrants will still be able to order printed presentation copies of their registration certificate beginning May 24.
