Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for a webinar about oral argument before the PTAB in an America Invents Act (AIA) trial on Friday, May 6, from noon to 1 p.m. ET.

Lead Administrative Patent Judge Miriam Quinn and practitioners Andrew S. Ehmke (Haynes and Boone, LLP) and Eldora L. Ellison (Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox PLLC) will discuss preparing for an oral argument in an AIA trial.
