USPTO releases 2019-2020 telework annual report

Each year, the USPTO Telework Program Office publishes a report that highlights the agency’s various telework initiatives. This year’s report combines the telework accomplishments of 2019 and 2020, and addresses how, in response to the pandemic, the USPTO continued agency operations by transitioning its workforce to full-time telework, thereby ensuring the health and safety needs of its employees and stakeholders. The report also outlines important program components that make the USPTO’s telework strategy a model for the public and private sectors alike.
