Today: Mechanics of admission to practice before the PTAB

Office of Enrollment and Discipline Attorney Kimberly Weinreich will discuss admission to practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), including current requirements for the patent bar and proposed administrative updates and comments received from the public. PTAB Supervisory Patent Attorney Steven Fulk will discuss pro hac vice admission before the PTAB.
