PTAB presents: Inside PTAB—an educational webinar

Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) for an educational webinar on August 26, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET.

The webinar is designed to give students and intellectual property practitioners a glimpse into the workings of the PTAB, including an opportunity to view an ex parte appeal proceeding and an America Invents Act trial proceeding.

In addition to the proceedings, Chief Judge Scott Boalick will deliver introductory remarks, Lead Judge Georgianna Braden will present an overview of the Board, a panel of judges will discuss effective written and oral advocacy before the Board, and Vice Chief Judge Janet Gongola will deliver closing remarks.
