Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for a webinar about oral argument before the PTAB in an America Invents Act (AIA) trial on September 8, from noon to 1 p.m. ET.

Vice Chief Judge for Strategy Janet Gongola and practitioners Gabrielle Higgins (Desmarais LLP) and Joshua Goldberg (Finnegan, Henderson, Farabow, Garrett & Dunner, LLP) will discuss preparing for an oral argument in an AIA trial.
