Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board's (PTAB) Legal Experience and Advancement Program (LEAP) for an America Invents Act (AIA) oral argument encore on September 17, from noon to 1 p.m. ET.
Practitioners Erick Palmer (Mayer Brown LLP), Roger Lee (Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney PC), Tim Fink (O’Melveny & Myers LLP), and Kristina Caggiano Kelly (Sterne, Kessler, Goldstein & Fox P.L.L.C.) will present arguments in a mock AIA trial proceeding before a panel of three PTAB judges. After arguments, the practitioners and panel will discuss the effectiveness of the arguments and approaches demonstrated during the mock argument.
