Welcome 2020 by joining us at the Midwest Regional USPTO!

Our team is excited to host unique engagement opportunities and provide important services to you this winter. Our monthly recurring seminars will continue to offer an eclectic range of topics in intellectual property to the greater Midwestern public.

Live Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) hearings held at the Midwest Regional USPTO are open to the public. Our public search rooms are available to the public for patents or trademarks searching from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. ET, Monday through Friday, except on federal holidays.

In addition to our events, patent or trademark experts are available for consultation. Interviews with patent examiners can also be conducted onsite.
