Webinar to summarize all recent changes and improvements to PTAB practice and procedure made in FY2019

Join the Patent Trial and Appeal Board for a Boardside Chat webinar on Thursday, October 10, from noon to 1 p.m. ET.
The Board will review improvements to ex parte appeal and AIA trial procedures made over the past fiscal year. These changes include a motion to amend the pilot program, an update to the Trial Practice Guide, the establishment of a revised process to issue precedent, and the release of several new informative and precedential decisions. Chief Judge Scott Boalick, Deputy Chief Judge Jackie Bonilla, Vice Chief Judge Tim Fink, and Lead Judge Kal Deshpande will present.
The webinar is free and open to all. There will be a Q&A session at the end of the presentation, so please send questions in advance or during the webinar to PTABBoardsideChat@uspto.gov.
