Share your comments and suggestions on the TTAB’s standard protective order

There is still time to let the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) know what you think about a specific provision of our standard protective order (SPO). Under the current SPO, in-house counsel is not allowed to access materials designated “Confidential – For Attorneys’ Eyes Only (trade secret/ commercially sensitive)” unless an appropriate showing has been made and approved by the TTAB. We would like to know your thoughts about whether we should retain or modify the provision.

Use IdeaScale to provide your suggestions by March 31. Be sure to include reasons and examples with your feedback. See How to use IdeaScale for instructions.
