Share your comments and suggestions on the TTAB’s standard protective order

The Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) wants to hear from you about whether we should amend or retain specific provision of our standard protective order (SPO). Under the current SPO, in-house counsel is not allowed to access materials designated “Confidential – For Attorneys’ Eyes Only (trade secret/ commercially sensitive)” unless an appropriate showing has been made and approved by the TTAB.
