Happy New Year from the Texas Regional USPTO!

We hope your 2019 is off to a great start and that you will join us for one of our many upcoming events. We are offering our signature monthly Meet the Experts series on patent and trademark topics for independent inventors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. You can also join us at the South by Southwest (SXSW) Conference in March or at the Texas Regional Office for the Business Methods Partnership Meeting in April.

AUTM 2019 Annual Meeting

This conference will focus on IP issues unique to university technology managers and will feature a Fireside Chat with USPTO Director Andrei Iancu.

Meet the Patent Experts: Class 4

The interactive Q&A session with patent experts will be Class 4 of a four-class series and will cover the components of non-provisional applications including claim interpretation and common pitfalls.

State Bar of Texas Advanced Intellectual Property Law Course and Annual Meeting
