January 27 is the last day to sign up for the February 12 and 13 Virtual Instructor Led Training (vILT) course “Legal Analysis and Writing Workshop.”

Trainers from the USPTO will lead this course, making use of statutes, rules, and guidelines relevant to practicing before the USPTO. The materials are based on recent training delivered to patent examiners.

This course has limited capacity and registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. You must have passed the patent bar to attend. The USPTO is applying for CLE credit in Virginia for this course.
