Proposed fee changes are coming soon

The USPTO will propose changes to Trademark fees next month, and you'll have an opportunity to weigh in. On or around September 9, we'll post our proposal on the Fee setting and adjusting page of the USPTO website.

You'll have two options for providing your feedback on our proposal:

• Request to testify at the Trademark Public Advisory Committee public hearing, held on September 23.
  Deadline: September 16

• Submit a written comment directly to the USPTO.
  Deadline: September 30
