PKI migration verification

Please ensure that you have migrated the proper PKI to the correct USPTO.gov account. The migration should be completed by the registered practitioner or independent inventor with an existing PKI certificate. Once the Migration Tool is disabled, the only way to correct an incorrectly migrated PKI will be to go through the new verification process.

After the migration period is over, new users, users who did not migrate, and users that migrated incorrectly will need to obtain a verified USPTO.gov account to access EFS-Web and PAIR using the new verification process.
