Agents and attorneys: Learn to think like an examiner

Gain a better understanding of how examiners make decisions at the Stakeholder Training on Examination Practice and Procedure (STEPP) agent/attorney three-day course July 9-11 at the Silicon Valley Regional USPTO in San Jose, California. 

Sign up by May 19 to attend.

Attendance is limited to those who have passed the patent bar, with priority given to those who passed recently. USPTO trainers will present the course based on material developed for patent examiners and other employees. California MCLE will be offered.
