Agents and attorneys: Learn to think like an examiner

If you are a patent attorney or agent, it helps to think like an examiner. Get a better understanding of how examiners make decisions at the Stakeholder Training on Examination Practice and Procedure (STEPP) agent/attorney three-day course on October 16-18, at the Ted Weiss Federal Building in New York City.

The USPTO is applying for CLE credit in New York for this course. Register by Sunday, August 25, to attend this free course.

The course is led by USPTO trainers based on material developed for training USPTO employees. The training is limited to those who have passed the patent bar, since it will make use of statutes, rules, and guidelines relevant to practicing before the USPTO. Priority will be given to those who have recently passed the patent bar.
