STEPP Agent/Attorney 3-Day Course

Sign-up is now open for the Jan. 15-17, 2019 Attorney/Agent 3-Day Course on Examination Practice and Procedure. The course will be held at the USPTO Texas Regional Office in Dallas, Texas. The USPTO is applying for CLE credit in Texas for this course.

The course is led by USPTO trainers and is based on material developed for training patent examiners and other employees. This training, which will make use of statutes, rules and guidelines relevant to practicing before the USPTO, is limited to those who have passed the patent bar. Priority will be given to those who have most recently passed the patent bar.
