Join us for our signature monthly programming for independent inventors, entrepreneurs, and small businesses. The events listed below are updated on our Silicon Valley USPTO webpage. Events located at the Silicon Valley USPTO and area libraries are free and open to the public.

Beginning in October, we will host a comprehensive series that includes an introduction to intellectual property and the patent process, interactive patent search training, claim drafting, and how to file your application.

One-on-one meetings with a USPTO patent or trademark specialist are available to schedule via our webpage.

You are also welcome to view live Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) proceedings held at Silicon Valley USPTO. The PTAB schedule is available under the “Our services” menu.
