Sign-Up Open for July STEPP

Sign-up is open for the July 17-19 Stakeholder Training on Examination Practice and Procedure (STEPP) Attorney/Agent three-day course "Examination Practice and Procedure." The course will be held in the USPTO Silicon Valley Regional Office in San Jose, California. The USPTO has been approved for MCLE credit in California for this course.

This training, which will make use of statutes, rules, and guidelines relevant to practicing before the USPTO, is limited those who have passed the patent bar. The USPTO will give priority to those who have recently passed the patent bar. The course is led by USPTO trainers and is based on material developed for training patent examiners and other employees.
