Sign up for the Agent/Attorney 3-Day Course on Examination Practice and Procedure, Nov. 6-8, at the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology. The USPTO is applying for Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credit in Indiana, Ohio, and Wisconsin for this course.

The course will cover statutes, rules, and guidelines relevant to practicing before the USPTO. Attendance is limited to those who have passed the patent bar, with priority given to those who most recently passed. 

The course is led by USPTO trainers and uses training materials developed for patent examiners.
