On Wednesday, February 28, 2018, the USPTO, in partnership with Tulane University Law School in New Orleans, will present live PTAB and Trademark Trial and Appeal Board (TTAB) proceedings, including ex parte appeal hearings and AIA trials.  The program will also provide an educational session where Board judges will share tips for successful advocacy before the TTAB and PTAB. 

Opening remarks start at 10:00 am CT at Tulane Law School in Weinmann Hall, Room 110, 6329 Freret Street, New Orleans, LA  70118.  This program is geared towards patent and trademark attorneys who appear in front of the PTAB and/or TTAB and those who want to learn about practicing before these administrative tribunals.

The USPTO program is free and open to the public.  Continuing Legal Education (CLE) credits will be offered.
