Our 2018 Patent Quality Chat webinar series closes out on Dec. 11, from noon to 1 p.m. ET, with “Customer Perceptions of Patent Quality and New Customer Experience (CX) Initiative.”
Learn how the USPTO measures and monitors customer perceptions of patent examination quality, and about our new initiative related to customer experience. We will also discuss the most recent findings from the semi-annual external quality survey and how that information is used in conjunction with our internal quality review program. This webinar would be of interest to all those involved in patent prosecution, measuring patent quality, or incorporating user feedback in quality improvement activities.
