Help us identify improper specimens

We’ve started a pilot program that makes it easy to report specimens that have been digitally created, altered or fabricated.

Email us at TMSpecimenProtest@uspto.gov. Send objective evidence of either of the following:

• Third party use of identical images to the specimen of record
• Registration or application serial numbers whose records show identical specimens but feature different marks
