Extension of time available to submit input on Motion to Amend Request for Comments

We are extending the time to submit comments in response to the Motion to Amend Request for Comments. The new comment deadline is Friday, Dec. 21. This extends the original deadline of Friday, Dec. 14 by seven days. The extension has been given to accommodate stakeholders who have asked for additional time to prepare and submit feedback.
