ESTTA enhancements coming this weekend

ESTTA enhancements on Saturday, August 11

The Electronic System for Trademark Trials and Appeals (ESTTA) will receive the following enhancements on Saturday, Aug. 11:

• Simplified Consent Motion form that displays the current proceeding schedule
• New filing options under the Request for Extension of Time to Oppose form
• Additional proceeding status indicators in TTABVUE

The ESTTA help file has also been improved and will soon be available on the USPTO website from TTAB’s webpage.
