USPTO and AIPLA Co-Sponsoring Second Annual PTAB Bench & Bar Conference on June 15

The USPTO is pleased to co-sponsor with AIPLA the second annual PTAB Bench & Bar Conference on Wednesday, June 15 from 1 to 5 p.m. ET.  The Conference will be held in the Madison South Auditorium at the USPTO’s headquarters in Alexandria, Virginia.  It also will be webcast for remote viewing (webcast access information will be provided upon registration).

The Conference will offer something for everyone who practices before the PTAB:

  • Meet and dialogue with the new Chief Judge David Ruschke;
  • Learn about AIA trial matters from the perspective of federal judges and hear about the latest AIA trial legal developments from experienced PTAB advocates;
  • Receive tips for strengthening a case in anticipation of an ex parte appeal from former PTAB judges now in private practice;
  • Watch a live ex parte appeal oral hearing; and
  • Mingle with PTAB judges and others at the post-conference reception.
