PTAB is pleased to host its first 2018 “Chat with the Chief” webinar next week, Tuesday, March 13 from noon to 1 p.m. ET. Chief Judge David Ruschke will discuss “New PTAB Studies in AIA Proceedings: Expanded Panels and Trial Outcomes for Orange Book Listed Patents.” Specifically, the Chief Judge will present information regarding the results of these two new studies and answer questions directly related to expanded panels in AIA trial proceedings.
