Globe image - What is Global Dossier?Global Dossier is a proposed set of business services aimed at modernizing the global patent system and delivering benefits 
to all stakeholders.


Globe Image - Who makes up Global Dossier?The first phase is being delivered by the IP5 Offices: IP5 is made up of:  USPTO, The European Patent Office, Japan Patent Office, Korean Intellectual Property Office and the State Intellectual Property Office of the People’s Republic of China.  USPTO is in discussions with other offices to expand its scope.

Globe image - When does Global Dossier launch?The first service, access to the IP5 dossier information, will be delivered in phases. The first phase will be delivered to USPTO examiners in the spring of 2015.  Access for external stakeholders will follow in the summer of 2015.  Stay tuned for updates.
