On the “Confirm & Submit” screen, you will be presented with a review of the content of the active Third-Party Submission request. This section will include the e-mail address entered in the “Request for Notification Regarding Third-Party Preissuance Submission” section on the “Application Data” screen. If any of the information is incorrect, go back to the “Application Data” screen by selecting the corresponding tab at the top of the screen and make any necessary revisions.
