On the “Confirm & Submit” screen, you will be presented with a review of the content of the active Third-Party Submission request. This section will include all of the items entered in the “Non Patent Publications” section on the “Application Data” screen. If any of the data is incorrect, go back to the “Application Data” screen by selecting the corresponding tab above and make any necessary revisions.
