Learn More About USPTO and TC2600 Practices and Policies


The Silicon Valley Regional Office will host an interactive webcast with Technology Center 2600 (TC2600) experts. This event will allow you to experience training provided to examiners, interface with USPTO Management and Executives, and to provide us with your feedback, concerns, questions, and ideas on how TC2600 can improve.

While the program will be available virtually via WebEx, those who wish participate in a 101 eligibility and/or 112 (f) breakout session with their peers will need to attend the program at the Silicon Valley USPTO Regional Office in person.  These interactive breakout sessions will also be available at other participating Regional offices and at USPTO Headquarters in Alexandria, VA.

  1. Full name of participants

  2. Organization or firm you are representing

  3. Location of attendance: Silicon Valley Regional Office or via WebEx

  4. Breakout session preference: 35 USC 101 or 35 USC 112(f) (please note space is limited for each breakout session)

This session will be most beneficial and relevant to practitioners in the electrical arts and those who would like to learn more about TC 2600 patent practices.  This event is free and open to the public. 

Please note that the Silicon Valley USPTO is a federal facility.  Attendees are required to present a valid form of government-issued identification (driver license or passport) and may be subject to screening to gain access.
