The Deputy Commissioner for Patent Quality is pleased to host the inaugural Patent Quality Chat on Tuesday, June 9 from noon to 1 pm EST to share information and collect feedback regarding Clarity of the Record. This month's speaker is Drew Hirschfeld, Deputy Commission for Patent Examination Policy.
Patent Quality Chat is a monthly, lunchtime webinar series designed to provide information on patent quality topics and gather your input. Webinar participants are encouraged to join the discussion during the event by emailing PatentQualityEventParticipationBox@uspto.gov.
Each Patent Quality Chat webinar includes a speaker(s) presentation (approximately 45 minutes) and time for questions from the virtual audience. All Patent Quality Chats are free and open to all on a first-come, first-served basis, No CLE credit will be available through the USPTO. Video recordings and any presentation materials from the Patent Quality Chats are posted on our Patent Quality Chat website (link) after an event has concluded.
