Notice of Exclusion

   David F. Gould, of Bangor, Maine, whose registration number is 21,
029, has been excluded, as of June 7, 1997, from practice as an attorney
or agent before the Patent and Trademark Office. This action is taken
pursuant to 35 U.S.C.    32, and 37 CFR      10.144(b), 10.154(a),
10.155(d), and 10.159(b) following entry of a judgment on default, and
in the absence of a timely appeal to the Commissioner.
