USPTO is opening a regional office in Silicon Valley this fall and is actively recruiting up to 80 talented Electrical, Computer and Mechanical Engineers to work for us! Patent Examiners who work for the USPTO have granted patents for some of the world’s biggest game-changing innovations. Think iPhone, the electric guitar, wearable cameras and…the Super Soaker™.
If you are an Electrical, Computer or Mechanical Engineer looking to launch your career, we want to meet you!
Join us for a Patent Examiner Recruitment Open House on Friday, June 26th, or Saturday, June 27th, at the San Jose Hilton, located at 300 Almaden Boulevard.
Attend one of the ongoing information sessions we'll hold throughout both days, and then meet directly afterward with representatives from the USPTO Patents Organization to learn more about the job and answer any questions you have. You'll also receive information about our competitive pay, tremendous benefits, and why USPTO is consistently ranked one of the Best Places to Work in the Federal Government®.
Registration closes on Wednesday, June 24 at 12:00 noon. Space is available on a first come, first served basis.
Multiple information sessions will be scheduled starting at 9am and the last session will begin at 3pm. At the event, you will have the opportunity to speak to USPTO recruiters about our current job openings and how to apply via USAJobs.gov. THERE WILL NOT BE ANY ON-SITE INTERVIEWS held during the Open House.
