Trademark ID Manual (TM-IDM) Upgrade

The OCIO will perform a routine upgrade on the TM-IDM system from 7-9 a.m. ET on Saturday, August 1.

Users are advised to save their work and disconnect from TM-IDM before the maintenance starts.

The new IDM system brings a fresh end-user interface while keeping the look and feel of the existing system. The upgrade will also provide a more resilient, stable, and secure system.
