Innovation through the unexpected: Creating butterflies from pebbles

Women's History Month panelist headshots

In celebration of Women’s History Month which commemorates and encourages the study, observance, and celebration of the vital role of women in American history, join us for an interactive fireside chat with women entrepreneurs and technology business leaders as they share their story of unexpected challenges and how they overcame those obstacles to rebuild and strengthen their business.

From the demands of converting one of the oldest industries to the digital age, to overcoming a worldwide cybersecurity attack, to recovering from an unexpected power outage due to historic Texas weather, this panel will discuss how their businesses used advanced technological platforms and innovative situational leadership to transform and sustain their businesses.

The panel will also discuss how their technology, supported by their intellectual property (IP) rights contributed to their success and how entrepreneurs can incorporate such strategies into their own entrepreneurial pursuits.
