The Electronic Filing System (EFS) is used to submit New Utility Patent applications, Provisional Patent applications, computer readable format (CRF) biosequence listings, electronic Information Disclosure Statements, multiple Assignments, and Pre-Grant Publication submissions to the USPTO via the Internet.
