Connectivity Impacts for Some Users with COMCAST as their Internet Service Provider (ISP)
Some PTO users whose ISP is COMCAST Xfinity are reporting connectivity issues today. Those impacted by this scenario will not be able to have their situation resolved by the OCIO Service Desk. Employees experiencing connectivity issues should contact their supervisor. OCIO has investigated and determined that there currently are no USPTO network impacts. However, some COMCAST Xfinity users may still be experiencing connectivity disruption.
