Missing Information in Trademark Official Gazette and Registration Certificates
The goods and services information that was missing in the January 15 edition of the online Trademark Official Gazette (TMOG) were corrected effective January 20. The applications affected by this omission will not be republished and the opposition period will not be extended for any applications where the goods and/or services were omitted. Additionally, corrected registration certificates are being mailed for those that were missing data. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience.
