TTABVUE Maintenance
The USPTO will perform maintenance on the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board Inquiry System (TTABVUE) beginning at 11:59 p.m., Tuesday, October 29 and ending at 5 a.m., Wednesday, October 30.
TTABVUE will be unavailable during the maintenance period.
TMEP Update
The USPTO will perform an update to the Trademark Manual of Examination Procedure (TMEP) beginning at 12:01 a.m. and ending at 1 a.m., Wednesday, October 30.
The TMEP may be unavailable during the update period.
